Effective date: October 27, 2026. This policy covers windowreplacementcalculator.com and the embeddable calculator widget, both published by HomeLynk.
What we collect
Our pages have no accounts, sign-up forms, comment forms or newsletter boxes, and we don't place advertising or analytics cookies. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or address.
The calculator
All calculations run in your browser using the published model. Your inputs (window count, style, frame and so on) aren't sent to us. When you change an input, the calculator adds it to the page address (for example ?count=10&style=double) so you can bookmark or share an estimate. That address is stored in your own browser history, and it's sent to our host only if you load or share the link.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts
Pages load the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
Links to HomeLynk and other sites
"Get Local Quotes" buttons and network links go to HomeLynk and other sites. If you ask for contractor quotes on HomeLynk, the information you submit there is covered by the HomeLynk privacy policy, not this page. Links to cited sources (Modernize, Angi, HomeAdvisor, This Old House and others) lead to sites with their own policies.
Embedded widget
Sites that embed our calculator load it in an iframe from this domain. It works the same way as the calculator on this site, with no cookies and no data collection beyond the hosting logs described above.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning home projects. It isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date. Questions: [email protected].
